How do I opt in to the PruGen Solutions™ program?

Once your doctor submits your prescription, you will receive a text from PruGen Solutions™ asking you to opt in. Be on the look-out for this text—it is important that you respond!

What happens after I opt in to the PruGen Solutions™ program?

Once you opt in, we will work to verify your information. If we need additional information, we will let you know. After verification, we will send you a personalized link via text to fulfill your prescription.

What if I don’t receive an opt-in text or my products haven’t arrived?

How long will it take to receive my products?

Once you receive the personalized link to fulfill your products, they should arrive to your address within 3 to 5 days.
